We accept returns for unused, unopened cans within 14 days of delivery. If your cans arrived damaged or you received the wrong flavour, we’ll make it right — just reach out via our Returns Portal. Please note we can’t take back opened or partially consumed products.
Return shipping labels can be purchased for £3.99 if you are returning a single item or for £7.99 if you are returning multiple items. Return shipping labels can be purchased and all returns can be submitted in our Returns Portal.
Yes — as long as the entire pack is unopened and in original condition. Partial pack returns aren’t accepted (because who wants a mystery mix missing a can?). Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.
That’s not paradise! If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund fast.
Once your order’s been packed, we can’t make flavour swaps. If you made a mistake, contact us ASAP — if it hasn’t shipped, we’ll try our best to fix it before it sails out.
Yes — limited edition flavours, discounted bundles, or any can that’s been opened or tampered with are considered final sale.
